The project is situated in the central pedestrian zone of Esch-sur-Alzette in the south of Luxemburg.

The Rue de l’Alzette is the main shopping street in the second largest City of the Country. The initial building got destroyed by a fire incident and will be re-designed by integrating retail surfaces on levels 0 and +1. Residential units will be organised on the upper floors responding to the substanital demand on the local market.

The design phase is still in process.
