The site is located at a public square in the Centre of Differdange. The area is part of an important urban restructuring project (Masterplan).

Retail units (2.350 m²) will be organized on the ground floor oriented with the entrances to the square that will be transformed into a pedestrian zone. 51 apartments with a total of 4.780 m² are planned on the upper levels forming a terrace landscape in the interior of the bloc. 133 parking places will be integrated on 2 basement levels.

Sold in 2015 to a local developer who will further develop the project.
