Breevast announces new management team
Breevast, the real estate developer that provides in societal needs and strives for sustainable progressive projects, announced its new management team today.
With the arrival of Nikolai Worp as Managing Director and Robert Alberts as Chief Investment Officer, the new management team under the guidance of Henk Brouwer (CEO) has been formed.
Previously, the management team consisted of Henk Brouwer (CEO) and Jacco Vermeij (CFO). As of March 1, Jacco Vermeij has left the management team and two new positions have been added.
Nikolai Worp joins as Managing Director and will focus on commercial programs within the company's development portfolio and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally. With his expertise and experience, he will be a valuable addition to the team. Nikolai has a strong track record and brings great experience in institutional transactions and complex inner city project developments in the Netherlands and Germany.
Robert Alberts has been appointed Chief Investment Officer. Robert will be responsible for shaping investment strategies, acquisitions, driving innovation and further advancing the company's mission to reimagine today's real estate for tomorrow's society.
Robert is an expert in complex real estate investments and financing. He has a proven track record in various management roles at leading companies such as EDGE and OVG Real Estate, where he was responsible for transactions and management of innovative and sustainable multifunctional buildings.
